Audit Log

Audit Log

Introduction

An audit log, often referred to as an audit trail, is a chronological record of all actions carried out by individual users within your 1Stop CRM account. It serves to track and document the specific changes made by each user, helping you identify the user responsible for a particular modification and the records they have altered.

Audit logs list every time records are created, edited, updated, deleted, and imported, along with other actions related to the modules in which they were performed and the features that were used to make the changes. Additionally, audit logs capture actions taken during account setup and all other setup-related activities.

Info
Users with an administrator profile or CEO role can access the audit logs.  However, other types of users not having admin privileges can view their own audit logs, as well as those of their subordinates.

Viewing The Audit Log

1.  Go to Setup > Data Administration > Audit Log.

2. The Audit Log displays all the actions performed by all users for the last 60 days.

Filtering Entries In The Audit Log

Because the Audit Log contains a wealth of information, it can become cumbersome to search through all the entries when you're seeking specific details. For instance, if you want to view only the records added by a particular user or a list of actions taken in the past 7 days, pinpointing these entries within a lengthy list can be challenging. In such situations, you have the option to utilize the provided Filter features to refine your search and focus on the exact entry or entries you require.

To Filter Entries

In the Audit Log, click the Funnel Icon.  Use the dropdown boxes to choose the filter options.  You can filter actions based on entities/modules, users, actions, and/or time.  (Shown below is the audit log filtered by Meetings Added by All Users).

Exporting The Audit Log

Audit Logs can be exported as a CSV file and saved on your local device or cloud drive.

To Export An Audit Log.

1. In the Audit Log, click Export Audit Log.

2. Once the log has been exported successfully, click Download
