The primary purpose of using tags in 1Stop is to help you categorize and prioritize records so that you can fetch them easily. You can add tags to individual records, or add them to a group of records at one time.
Some of the key actions you can perform with tags include:
- Filter records based on tags
- Create reports based on tags
- Manage tags in a module
- Carryover tags on a record conversion
1. Log into 1Stop, and navigate to the module where you intend to add the tag/tags (Contacts, Quotes, Sales, etc.). Once in the module, navigate to the Actions dropbox and click Manage Tags.
2. Click New Tag. In the pop-up box: type in a name for the tag, select a color for the tag, and click Save.

Tags are specific to individual modules. If you want to utilize the same tag in multiple modules, you must add the tag to each module where you wish to apply it.
1. Log into 1Stop, and navigate to the module where you intend to edit or delete the tag/tags (Contacts, Quotes, Sales, etc.). Once in the module, navigate to the Actions dropbox and click Manage Tags.
2. Highlight the line of the tag you want to modify. From here you can change the color, edit the tag name, or delete the tag altogether.
1. Log into 1Stop, and navigate to the module where you intend to add the tag/tags (Contacts, Quotes, Sales, etc.)
2. Select a record from the list view where you want to add Tags.
3. Click Add Tags (upper left-hand corner).
4. Add the Tag/Tags you would like to apply to the record, and click Save.

You can click on any tag to view the records associated to that particular tag.
1. Log into 1Stop, and navigate to the module where you intend to the add Tags (Contacts, Quotes, Sales, etc.)
2. Choose All or Multiple Records based on your requirements. Then under the Tags dropbox, select the Add Tags option.
3. Add the Tag(s) you would like to apply, and click Save.
