Introduction
In 1Stop, the home page provides a quick overview of your CRM activities' progress, featuring components from various modules like Tasks, Dashboards, and more. A brief glance at the home page components instantly reveals the status of your sales activities.
Besides indicating the progress of your CRM activities, the home page also serves as a great place to organize your day's work, as well as your teams'.
You can customize the home page for users based on the information you want them to see when they log into 1Stop. You can share this home page with multiple roles, making it their default landing page, each time they log into 1Stop. Users can also switch to other home page views when needed.
Customize Home Pages via Roles
You can create and share a common view across roles within your organization based on what you want them to view. Using the Customized Home Page, you can add components you wish them to see when they log into the CRM. Once the Customized Home Page is created for a particular role, users assigned to that role will have it as their default page each time they log into 1Stop Install CRM.
Switch Between Home Pages
By default, the first created customized home page is displayed for all the users. Users can easily switch between different views by accessing the drop-down list located in the top right corner under the Home Tab.
1. In the Home tab, click the drop-down in the top right corner.
2. Select the desired home page/view from the list that you want to switch to.
