Introduction
Email continues to be a central means of customer communication within any organization. As you send emails to multiple customers, it becomes progressively challenging to monitor the individual activities within each email. Email insights in 1Stop allows you to track the performance of your emails which helps determining the effect of your efforts, and helps in strategizing future email campaigns.
With email insights, you will be able to:
- Monitor email response contextually
- Use email status to filter records
- Gather email analytics
- Track email template performance
To enable email insights:
1. Log into 1Stop.
2. Click Setup > Channels > Email.
3. Click the Email Intelligence Tab, and on the Email Insights page, turn the Email Insights feature ON.

Note
- Email Insights are enabled by default.
- The email insight results will be captured for a period of 100 days only.
- Insights will not be tracked for emails that are sent to multiple recipients, for "to", "cc", and/or "bcc" fields.
