Key Modules for Scheduling Teams

Scheduling Teams primarily access the Contacts and Opportunities module, and Sales Scheduler to conduct their day-to-day activities. The Opportunities modules consist of a Blueprint, Kiosk, Records and Custom Views. 

Contacts Module

The Contacts Module consolidates all of your organization's Contacts in one place. It's where you will find all your Contacts, whether they are coming from a third party via automation, or being manually added by your call center or field sales team.   
  1. Contacts Module Fields Definitions: The Contact record is comprised of multiple sections with all the details about each contact, and here you will find all field definitions and related field automations explained.
  2. Contacts Module Custom Views: 1Stop's preconfigured Custom Views make it easy to view Contacts according to a variety of different variables.  

Opportunities Module

The Opportunities Module is where you Set, Confirm, Issue, Reschedule and Cancel Sales Demos, all from an easy-to-use daily calendar view. It's where you manage all of your day-to-day activities related to Demos and Follow-Ups, all according to your Sales team's availability.

  2. Opportunity Blueprint: The Opportunities Blueprint establishes a standardized process that all team members must follow when Setting, Confirming, Issuing, Rescheduling and Canceling appointments.  
  3. Opportunity Field Definitions: Opportunity records consists of multiple sections, and this article covers field definitions and related field automations to help save you time. 
  4. Opportunity Custom Views: 1Stop provides a set of preconfigured Custom List Views, specifically designed to make it easy to view Opportunities according to their current State within the the Blueprint, and build call lists for those Leads you were unable to contact.
