Anatomy of the Sales Scheduler

The Sales Scheduler is the epicenter of organization for the Scheduling Team. An overview is below, with more in-depth explanation in the individual articles of the Scheduling Teams section.


  1. Date: Displays the date user is currently viewing, which defaults to tomorrow. Click the icon to change dates.
  2. Sales Reps: Displays the Sales Reps that availability is currently shown for, which defaults to All Sales Reps.
  3. Products: Displays the Products that availability is currently shown for, which defaults to All Products.
  4. Languages: Displays the Languages that availability is currently shown for, which defaults to All Languages.
  5. Location: Displays the Locations that availability is currently shown for, which defaults to All Locations.
  6. Select All: Used when selecting the Demos and Follow-Ups you would like to Issue to Sales Reps.
  7. Issue: Used to Issue the selected Demos and Follow-Ups to Sales Reps. Issuing will create meetings on Sales Reps' Calendars.
  8. Sales Name: Names of the Sales Reps (or Overbooking placeholder), shown in descending Rep Score order from highest to lowest.
  9. Rep Score: Numeric score assigned to individual Sales Reps to show recent effectiveness.
  10. Timeline: Blocks of 30-minute increments of the hours that Sales Reps are available for scheduling.
  11. Legend: Colors indicating either the State of Demos and Follow-Ups, or the Meeting Type.
  12. Sales Meeting: Time blocked off in brown indicates a Sales Meeting.
  13. Issued Demo: Time blocked off in yellow with a check box indicates a Demo or Follow-Up in Confirmed Stage, waiting to be Issued.
  14. Conflict: Sales Name and Rep Score with orange background indicates they have multiple events that conflict with each other.
  15. 2nd Rep: Time blocked off in grey stripes indicates they are scheduled to be the 2nd Sales Rep on a Demo or Follow-Up.
  16. Issued Demo: Time blocked off in green indicates a Demo or Follow-Up in Issued Stage, which is then visible on Sales Reps Calendar.
  17. Set Demo: Time blocked off in light orange indicates a Demo or Follow-Up in Set Stage, waiting to be Confirmed. 
  18. Follow-Up/Locked Demo: Time blocked off with a red bar at the Start Time indicates a Demo or Follow-Up that is Locked to that Sales Rep.
  19. Sales Rep Off: Time blocked off in purple indicates the time that a Sales Rep is not available for scheduling.
