Offboarding an Employee in 1Stop: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Update the employee record to mark the user as Resigned or Terminated.
Update the Employee Record
1. Navigate to the Employees module and click on the employee whose record you need to update.
2. Mark the appropriate transition - Resigned or Terminated.
3. A pop-up window will appear. Complete the required fields and click Save.
2. Deactivate the user in 1Stop CRM.
Deactivate Users in 1Stop
1. Log into 1Stop. Go to Setup > General > Users, click the name of the user you want to deactivate, then click the Deactivate button in the top-right corner.
2. In the pop-up window, click I Understand. Deactivate now.
3. Revoke Zoho Sign access for the user, if applicable.

1. Go to sign.zoho.com. Navigate to Settings > Users and Control.
2. Click the user whose access you want to revoke, then click More actions and select Revoke access.

1. Reduce the number of users on the 1Stop subscription, if applicable.

2. Click Downgrade User/Add-Ons.
3. Enter the number of users you'd like to remove from your subscription, then click Proceed.
