Anatomy of a List View Page

When you click a module in the top navigation, you'll land on a List View of records for that module. Every List View within 1Stop adheres to a standardized structure, ensuring a consistent user experience, irrespective of the module you're working with. In the example below, the Contact module is selected. Each numbered section corresponds to a crucial element, accompanied by detailed definitions and training  below.

Anatomy of a List View

1. Standard, Kanban or Canvas View - Choose your preferred format for viewing records. We highly recommend the standard List View highlight above. For instructions, refer to the Your First Steps after Logging In article. For more details, check out the Standard, Kanban, and Canvas Viewing Formats article.
2. Custom List Views - View records according to their current State within the Blueprint. This allows you to quickly navigate to important records based on pre-configured filtering criteria. For more details, view the About Custom Views article.
3. Create a Contact - Click this button when you need to manually create a Contact. For step-by-step guidance, view How to Create a Contact article.
4. Action Menu - Access a range of additional options, including the ability to view a print-friendly version of the records displayed. Please note that many of the options in this menu are reserved for bulk record updates, which are only available to administrators.
5. Records per page - Modify the number of records listed per page. We recommend 100, the maximum allowable. For instructions, view Your First Steps after Logging In article.
6. Manage Column View - Easily adjust which columns appear in your List View. For more details, view Add/Remove Columns from List Views article.
7. System Defined Filters - System filters available to all users. For example, you can quickly view records that have never been modified or records with a Note added in the last 24 hours, among other filtering options.
8. Filter by Fields - Although Custom List Views provide various pre-defined filters, you can also refine results using specific field criteria. For more details, view Filter Records by Fields article.
9. Sticky Notes Quickly jot down details about a call, a task or any other information that needs to be easily accessible. These are personal notes and not visible to other users in 1Stop.
