Anatomy of a Custom View
Custom Views are a flexible and customizable way to display and organize records according to your specific needs. 1Stop provides a set of pre-configured of Custom Views for every major module based on industry best practices. You can think of a Custom View as a queue of records, filtered based on specific criteria, for easy access to the records you need.
Custom Views
1Stop's Custom Views are designed to make it easy to view records according to their current State within the Blueprint, as well as other filtering criteria. To access your Custom Views, simply click a module in the top menu, then click the pull down-menu on the left side of the page. The majority of the Custom Views are noted by a corresponding number, per the Opportunities Module example below:
Clicking the hamburger menu will allow you to sort and filter the column, allowing you to hone in on the record you are looking for.
Info
Many Custom Views are system-generated, which means the filtering criteria cannot be edited. In the example below, the filters in the Custom Views for New This Week or New Last Week cannot be edited. Please contact your manager if you have questions.
