Adding Time Clock Meetings

Introduction

The time clock solution in 1Stop Install is designed to track employee attendance by setting up Clock In and Clock Out meetings for each employee. To simplify this process, 1Stop offers a recurring meeting option when scheduling these meetings. This article will guide you through the steps to set up Clock In and Clock Out meetings for your employees.

Step By Step Instructions

The following provides the step by step instructions for setting up Clock In and Clock Out meetings.  It is important to ensure that the employee you are setting these meetings for has activated their 1Stop user account prior to you setting up their Clock In and Clock Out Meetings.

1. Navigate to the Meetings Module.



2. Select the Create Meeting button.



3. The Meeting Information box will appear, complete the following fields:
  1. New Meeting - Replace this with Clock In or Clock Out spending on which type of meeting you are setting up.
  2. Location - Not required but you can set as Office or Remote Location if remote.
  3. All Day - Do not check this.
  4. From - Add the date and time you want these meetings to start.  For the time, enter the time the employee usually starts each day.
  5. To - Add the same date as the From but for time add 5 minutes after the From time.
  6. Host - This should be set to the employee this Time Clock meeting is for.
  7. Meeting Type - This must be set to either Time Clock-In or Time Clock-Out depending on which type of meeting you are setting up.
  8. Description - Not required but you can add any description if you would like. 


4. Once you have completed the above fields, click the Add more details link in the bottom left hand corner to access the additional meeting fields.



5.  With the additional fields opened up, scroll up to the Repeat field and click on the pencil icon.



6. In The Repeat box, select the Repeat Type down arrow and then select daily.



7. If you would like to exclude weekends and your company holidays, click on this check box, ensure the Never button is selected in End section and then click on Done.



 8. If you would like to add a Reminder for your employee to Clock In and Clock Out, you can set this by selecting the down arrow in the Reminder section and clicking on your preferred reminder.  Note this field defaults to 15 minutes before the From time.



9. Click Save and the Clock-In or Clock-Out meeting is completed.
