Introduction
If you rely on Google Calendar, you can seamlessly synchronize your calendar events between 1Stop and Google. With the 1Stop Mail Add-on (see
Configuring Gmail), you can even integrate your Gmail account directly into 1Stop, ensuring that all inbound and outbound emails are seamlessly linked to their respective records.

You can also synchronize your 1Stop Contacts with Google, but please speak to your 1Stop representative before doing so due to security and field-mapping settings.
Sync With Google Calendar
Synchronizing your Google Calendar allows you to effortlessly update calendar entries in either Google Calendar or 1Stop and have them reflected in both locations. However, it's essential to note that deleting synchronization configurations and re-synchronizing calendar events may result in duplicate records. In a two-way sync scenario, duplicates will appear in both 1Stop CRM and Google Calendar. Additionally, there's a convenient option to automatically block time in your 1Stop CRM calendar based on your meetings scheduled in Google Calendar.
To Configure Synchronization Settings
1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > Google.
2. Click the Calendar tab and then Authenticate Google Calendar.
3. Choose the Google account you wish to sync with.
4. If you are already signed into your Google account, click Allow. If you are not signed in, enter your Google password, and then click Allow.
5. In the Calendar Synchronization page, enter the following:
- Select the Calendar you wish to sync from the drop-down list.
- Select the Sync Option: Two-Way Sync, One-Way; from 1Stop Calendar to Google Calendar, or One-Way; from Google Calendar to 1Stop Calendar.
- Toggle the option on to automatically block time in the 1Stop calendar based on scheduled meetings from the Google calendar. Select up to 5 calendars from the picklist. Bookings in these calendars will be checked to block time slots in your 1Stop calendar.
When completed, click Next.
6. Google Calendar events won't contain data for the fields integrated into 1Stop's Meetings module. If you wish to ensure that these fields have data, please contact 1Stop to review them before adding yourselves. Click Save to continue.


- When you add an event in 1Stop, it will be synchronized instantly but events from Google Calendar will be synchronized every few minutes.
- If you delete the sync configurations and again synchronize the calendar events, then duplicate records will be created. In case of two-way sync, duplicates will be created in both 1Stop and Google Calendar.
- In case of two pop-up reminders for the event coming from Google Calendar, only the first pop-up reminder will be added in 1Stop.
- Events with no title in Google Calendar will be added with the Subject as " Not Provided " in 1Stop CRM.
- We do not support the synchronization of recurring events.
- In case you have a slot blocked in your google calendar and the unavailability sync is turned on for the specific calendar, it will be shown unavailable in 1Stop CRM calendar.
- When you delete an unavailable slot in 1Stop CRM calendar after it got synced from Google calendar, it will just be removed from CRM and the original event in google will not be affected.
To Disable Calendar Synchronization
1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > Google.
2. Click the Calendar tab, and then click Disable.
This feature allows you to set up one-way or two-way synchronization schedules, automating the process of updating Contact details.
