Pick Inventory Items for Job
When the inventory items are ready to be picked for the job and prepared for shipping to the job site click the Pick Items for Job Transition on the Inventory Request record. When the Pick Items for Job box opens up update the Inventory Request Owner to the Project Manager for the Job, ensure the Job Cost Name is populated and update the Warehouse Location where the picked items are stored for shipping to the job site.

Automations Upon Completing Pick Items for Job Transition
The following automations will be completed when the Pick Items for Job Transition is completed. In order to see these updates you will need to refresh the record after the transition is completed.
- For each Product in the Request Picklist Items form, the Product's Quantity in Demand and Quantity in Stock fields will be decreased by the Quantity amount.
- The related Job Cost record's Material Cost field will be increased for the Total Picked Items amount.
- All Inventory Request's Request Picklist Items entry form will be copied to the related Shipping Ticket record.
- If a Product in the Inventory Request's Request Picklist Items entry form contains "Equip-", that product line will be copied to the Return Items form.
- Inventory Request's Date Picked field is populated with the current date.
