Key Modules for Sales Reps

Sales reps primarily access the Quotes and Contact Module to conduct their daily sales activities. These modules consist of Blueprints, Records, and Custom Views. Explore these features in more detail below.

Quote Module

The Quotes module is a central hub for managing all of your Quotes and updating their status via the Blueprint. You can also edit quotes and quickly send them to Contacts by email or for digital signature. For more details, view the full Quotes Module article.
  1. Quote Blueprint - The Quote Blueprint establishes a standardized process that all team members must follow when managing a Quote through the sales pipeline. It ensures that all sales reps follow the same steps from its initial creation to its final outcome, either as 'Sold' or 'Lost'. F
  2. Quotes Module Fields Definitions - The Quote record consists of multiple sections, which include the standard base fields in 1Stop. This article covers field definitions and related field automations to help save you time.
  3. Quote Module Custom Views - Pre-configured Custom Views make it easy to view Quotes according to their current status.   

Contact Module

The Contact Module consolidates all of your organization's Contacts in one place. As a sales rep, you can view details about every Contact that has been assigned to you prior to your Meeting. You can also add new information about the Contact while attending the meeting. 
  1. Contact Blueprint- The Contact Blueprint establishes a standardized process all team members must follow when managing a Contact's journey, from its initial status as a new Lead to its final outcome as either a Sale or a Lost opportunity.

Team Calendar

1Stop makes it easy to see your full appointment schedule via a built-in Calendar. As soon as a Meeting is assigned to you, it will immediately show on your Calendar both online and via the 1Stop Mobile App. View the Calendar by day, week, or month -- on your mobile device or desktop.
