Recycle Bin
Introduction
Any records and files that are deleted from your 1Stop account will be stored in the recycle bin. You can recover these records from the recycle bin for up to 60 days, after which they will be permanently deleted from your account. Additionally, you can manually delete records from the recycle bin before the default deletion period.

The records in the recycle bin will be available based on your organization's role hierarchy and your permission to view the records.
Restoring Records
All records in the recycle bin will be auto-deleted after 60 days. Follow the instructions below to restore records before that time.
1. Go to Setup > Data Administration > Recycle Bin.
2. In the Recycle Bin, select the checkboxes of the records you want to restore, and then click Restore.
Manually/Permanently Deleting Records
All records in the recycle bin will be auto-deleted after 60 days. Follow the instructions below if you want to permanently delete them before that time.
1. Go to Setup > Data Administration > Recycle Bin.
2. In the Recycle Bin, select the checkboxes of the records you want to permanently delete, and then click Delete.
Restore or Delete Based On Criteria
When you have a larger number of items to be restored or deleted from the recycle bin, you can opt to filter the records based on certain attributes using criteria.
1. In the Recycle Bin, click the Funnel Icon in the list view header.
2. Below the header of each column, the funnel will open filter criteria. Determine the record attributes you'd like to filter and then click Search.
3. Choose the records you want from the list by clicking the checkboxes, and proceed to either restore or delete them as needed.
