Quote Not Approved

Quote Not Approved

Introduction

If a Quote is Sold but Management does not Approve it, the Quote will automatically move to the Not Approved state. Below is an overview of what happens after a Quote is moved to the Not Approved State.

Automations to Move a Quote to Not Approved

1Stop will auto-move a Quote to Lost in 7 days from the date it was moved to Not Approved.  You can see how many days it has left in the Not Approved state by looking at the "SLA Due in # Days", per below.

Info
SLA stands for Service Level Agreement. Your company may have changed the default timeframe for the SLA. Additionally, if your company isn't using this feature, you will not see the SLA. In this case, you will always manually move the Quote to Lost if it wasn't Sold.

Alert
The system will automatically move the Quote to Lost with a Quote Lost Reason of Sale Not Approved.  If you manually move this Quote to Lost then select the Sale Not Approved option for the Quote Lost Reason.
