Quote Sold
Once a document sent for digital signature is completed by all Recipients, the Quote record automatically moves to Quote Stage of Sold and an email is sent out notifying the Quote Owner that the respective Document Signing has been completed.
Sales Record
A Sale record is also automatically created and is associated with the quote record once the respective Document Signing has been completed. When you click on the Sales name in the Related List on the left hand side, it will showcase an overview on this sale record.

The Sale is not official until it is approved by Management. For more information on Sales records visit (add name and link) article.
Attachments
When a Document Signing has been completed, the signed document(s) are attached to the Quote record as well as copied to the related Sale record. When sending multiple documents for signature these multiple documents will come back as individual files. To see these attachments, you can click Attachments on the left hand Related List menu.
Signed Documents
The signed Document record can also be accessed by Clicking the Sign Documents Related List. You will note that when the Sign Document process is completed, the Document Status field changes from IN PROGRESS to COMPLETED.
