Introduction
In 1Stop Install CRM, Signals are real-time alerts that inform you about interactions with your leads, contacts, or potential customers. They help you monitor customer engagement across communication channels and take immediate action in your CRM.
Signals improve communication speed, enabling quicker follow-ups and faster deal closures. For example, when a lead visits your website before a scheduled product demo, Signals notify you promptly. You get insights like visited pages, duration, and specific interests, enabling personalized demos.
Signals also integrate with third-party apps via APIs, ensuring you receive alerts from various sources, such as email, phone, and social media, to stay updated on leads and contacts.
The multiple communication channels for which Signals can be enabled in 1Stop Install CRM are the following:
- Incoming Emails
- Email Insights
- Missed Calls
- Survey Responses
- Campaigns
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Business Messages
- E-sign
To start receiving Signal notifications for the mentioned communication channels, you must enable the Signals settings for the respective channels.
To Enable Signals
1. Go to Setup > Channels > Signals.
2. On the Signals Setting page, click the checkboxes to enable the Signals for the respective channels, and click Save.

Note
You can only enable Signals when the respective app/channel is already integrated with 1Stop Install CRM.
