Create Product Order Record from Job Record

Create Product Order Record from Job Record

There are 2 ways to create a Product Order record from the Job record.  The first is via selecting Yes in the Product Order Required field in the Job Blueprint which currently is included in the Approve to Proceed transition in the default setup.  The second way to add a Product Order record is to select the Add Product Order button via the action button list in the top right hand corner of the Job record.  Both methods will copy over the Job Worksheet products to the Product Order record as well as other key fields to further streamline the process for you.  The following video provides an overview on both methods of adding Product Order records from the Job record.
