Add a Single Discount to Entire Quote

1Stop makes it easy to add discounts to your Quote. Below is an overview of the process for adding discounts on a whole Quote basis.

Add Single Discount for Entire Quote
If your company added a fixed discount amount for the entire quote as a Product Line item in the Product module, you can add by selecting it, per the instructions below.
2. Click the database icon to open the Choose Product box
3. Select the appropriate Discount Product Name by clicking on the radio button to the left of the Product Name
4. Hover over the Product Line Item in the Discount column, then click the pencil icon to open the Set Discount box.
5. In the Set Discount box, click the Direct Price Reduction radio button, add the discount amount, then click Done.
2. The discount will appear as a new Line Item and in the Total Discount field.

You can edit and modify the description under the Discount Product Name. This description will auto populate based on the description in the Product record, but it can be changed to provide an overview of the discount if desired.
